Personnel was founded in May 1978 and its goal has been to concentrate on the Tulsa
market. President and owner, Patti Oertle Phaneuf, is a native Tulsan. Through her
pride in the City of Tulsa, Key and its employees dedicate time and money to many
non-profit organizations. Key Personnel believes that several factors have contributed
to its successful growth for over thirty years. Local ownership and knowledge of
Tulsa has allowed Key to react fast to changes in the local economy. A recent survey
by the Tulsa World found that when people were asked “What company do you think
of when you think of a staffing service,” the majority said, “Key.” Key believes
that a strong presence in the city allows us to attract excellent applicants. Key
Personnel is a woman-owned business that has successfully serviced companies in
Oklahoma and nationwide in the following disciplines:
